Position: Technical Support IT
Bachelor or Diploma in Computer related filed
Basic Network or Microsoft
0-1 years of experience supporting Windows based servers and basic networking.
Provide IT helpdesk
Support includes PC and peripherals support, including printers and phone
Provide after-hours support and weekend support during projects and emergencies
Proficient with Windows 7, MS Office, multiple browsers and other Desktop applications.
Perform Infrastructure maintenance tasks as assigned
Knowledge in the areas of basic networking and Microsoft based servers
“Can do” attitude, coupled with willingness to follow organizational policies and processes.
