Project Quantity Surveyor needed:
Technical Responsibilitie
1. To have good ability in preparing Bill of quantity and specification based on local & international format.
2. To have good knowledge in local & international method of measurements.
3. To participate & assist in preparing condition of contract, priced BOQ in addition to analyze the item rates, to manage project costs and performing cost analysis.
4. To participate and assist in studying, evaluating and analyzing tender bids.
5. To understand performing quantities analysis; preparing & analyzing cost for tenders to assist in anticipating project costs
6. To understand how to forecast project quantities and construction costs to be managed as efficiently as possible. Reviewing the quantities take-off activities.
In addition to the following points:
Requirements:
- Consultant firm experience.
- Proficiency level in using computer software related to the position.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, Maximum 11 years.
- B.Sc in Civil Engineer.
