للعمل في مشروع بالبحر الميت بالمواصفات التالية:
• To handle the overall office administration functions and coordinate various office services activities.
• To handle the department internal correspondences
and mails.
• To handle telephone calls and answering inquiries related to the section as appropriate.
• To perform activities such as typing, archiving, coordinate reserving the meeting rooms, assist in issuing agendas, and initiating follow-up actions as required.
• To check for the proper maintenance of all office supplies and facilities, ordering office stationary, office cleaning and other services as required
• To maintain documents (letters, meeting minutes, reports, etc) as directed, in addition to all confidential information
• To File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed.
• To operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, calculator, shredding machine and photocopy machine.
• To establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
• To perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner.
• To maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
• To seek personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
