- Minimum 5 years experience as project manager in strategic transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience in strategic management Organization management and change management.
2. OD Consultant
- Minimum Bachelors degree in management or equivalents from recognized university teaching in English
- Minimum 5 year experience as consultant in organization transformation and development project
- ability to identify current situation and present creative solution
3. HR Consultant
- Minimum Bachelors degree in HR or equivalents from recognized university teaching in English
- Minimum 5 year experience as a consultant in Human Recourses
- hand-on experience in HR strategies performance appraisal ,JD’s , job equivalent , succession planning and HR policies and procedures .
4. Business Process RE-engineering consultant
- Minimum Bachelors degree in IT , or related filed from recognized university teaching in English
- Minimum 5 year experience as a consultant in business processes re-engineering .
- Hands-on experience in analyzing current processes applying different tools such as
ARIS, and developing new creative business processes.
