S/W Development Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Work together with the Product Owner to plan and execute projects.
Work closely with the Product Owners, Sales, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with the Product Owner in defining the product scope & vision.
Ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications,
Provide a software development plans that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state of the art technologies.
Demonstrate leadership abilities to our clients with the coordination of releases, deployment of software upgrades, enhancements and fixes.
Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
Coordinate sprint planning.
Monitor individual employees’ performance.
المهارات
• Experienced in Project Management techniques such as Agile, SCRUM M, and Waterfall.
• Experience in scalable Software Architecture for Online systems, big data, and security.
• Experience in C/C++/Java in the field of Enterprise applications, online portals, and Mobile developments.
• Experience in HTML 5, JavaScript, and other related WEB technologies.
