Job Purpose
Responsible for managing sites acquiring and negotiation process for new, existing and relocation sites to ensure sites acquisition process is always effective and efficient in terms of time and cost.
Responsibilitie
Handle sites acquiring and negotiation process for New, existing and relocation sites
Handle direct Interface with the planning divisions (RF,TX & BSS) for either new or existing sites plans
Perform survey visits with related planning and optimization divisions to selected sites locations
Arrange needed meetings with sites owners and perform negotiation process and repeated discussions to ensure site acquiring
Follow up with owners on preparing the needed documents for the contract validation/
Handle existing sites contracts and conflict/
Handle daily meetings with reviewers and discuss conflicts related to contracts and rent payments
Coordinate with projects teams to inspect and provide needed feedback for conflict issues related to site construction and rectify the results with owners
Control conflicts related to rent amount, electricity payments, changing owners and special request from owners to change due to owner death or any other similar issues
Follow up on needed issuing annexes validation process due to contract conditions changes
Monitor and update network contracts duration, contact data update , annual payments and needed Annexes
Responsible for contract data base related to end date and update owner contacts information
Renew contracts that reached the end date
Monitor and feedback contract special conditions and reflect them to project teams to avoid violating these conditions and make sure that Umniah follows the contract conditions
Monitor annual payments receiving and review valid contracts vs. due payments
Follow up and handle contract process with related divisions (validation process)
Perform contract validation to submit the contract to legal department through related platforms
Discuss and handle legal instructions for each contract and provide them to owners
Follow up with engineering management to lead the contract to the approval process
Receive the signed contracts and pass them to the related divisions to complete the contract process
Follow up the contract payments and hand them to owners and arrange for the construction process on site
Follow up on governmental and municipality issues related to new and existing contracts
Handle the governmental issues related to contract issues
Follow up on permitting process in municipalities and prepare the needed documents for each site
Handle any conflicts with governmental and municipalities departments
