- To lead efficient and effective implementation of diverse company projects, while applying best
business practices.
- To ensure successful delivery of projects to customers while maintaining a cost effective approach in the agreed time frame.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, and related research to support strategic and business
planning within various departments.
- Add value by acting as a facilitator in business risk management and carrying out value for money
reviews, thereby assisting the management in the effective discharge of their projects.
- Provide recommendations
- Provide support to all internal and external related parties.
- Control all issues, and effectively coordinate and support the development and implementation of the project to ensure proper installations are as per client specifications and requirements.
- Ensure the success of client’s strategic software initiatives throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Own all issues related to project initiatives, resolve conflicts when needed; and build company wide trust in success of project.
- Motivate team members to excel within a demanding and dynamic business environment.
- Prepare work programs and budgets to implement the approved project methodology and approach.
- Drive results in line with project’s time, cost and scope, encompassed in milestones.
- Develop, gain approval for, and implement manpower plans that ensure cost-effective and optimum deployment of resources that support and drive projects service delivery.
- Plan, direct and manage activities of assigned personnel.
- Delegate assignments and provide counseling and guidance to help subordinates enhance work performance.
- Recruit, train, motivate and develop reporting staff to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
المهارات
•Bachelor degree in Business Administration,
•Minimum of 5 years experience in technical software environment, of which 3 years are in management roles
• 3 years finance background.
•Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic language.
•Strong proven project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Solid knowledge of software applications delivered.
•Ability to act as internal consultant to the business units supported.
•Ability to think and communicate conceptually and strategically and develop workable and effective roadmaps to achieve agreed strategies.
•Has undergone full project lifecycles.
•Has practice in one of the software industry’s best development methods (e.g. MSF, IBM, XP) is a plus.
•Up-to-date knowledge of latest software development technologies and methodologies.
•Skill in the use of spreadsheets, relational database, and word processing softwares.
•Strong presentation skills.
•Strong consultative and advisory skills.
•Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
•Strong business analysis skills.
•Smart and presentable, with an outgoing personality.
