A leading automotive company in Jordan looking for:
:Job Title
Spare Parts Manager
Subordinate’s Job Title(s):
- Tenders and Whole Sales Supervisor
- Logistics Support Supervisor
- Branches Operations Supervisor
Educational Level/ Required Certificates:
B.S degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any related field. Experience:
8 -10 years of experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.
Experience in automotive industry, particularly in spare parts
Tasks and Responsibilitie
Develops annual business plans, budgets and sales forecasts in accordance with overall strategies and directions.
Sets the Department’s long and short term objectives in coordination with the After Sales Director and communicates them to the subordinates to ensure high quality achievement of the goals in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Prepares Spare Parts Department’s policies and procedures that ensure standardized, efficient and effective flow of operations.
Supervises the activities of subordinates to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with set standers as well as the company’s approved policies and procedures.
Trains, motivates, evaluates and develops the department’s staff to ensure the achievement of the company’s objectives.
Takes responsibility for developing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with Spare Parts Sales Strategy, Policies and Procedures, and submits any changes to the After Sales Director for approval.
Determines, in coordination with the After Sales, spare parts selling prices, ordering system and inventory requisitions.
