Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Food Science or Technology or in a related field of study
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in QC/QA department in the food processing industry (dairy manufacturing preferred).
3. Understanding of QA methodology and processes.
4. Understanding of HACCP, Food Quality, Food Safety and sanitation systems and programs.
5. Must be knowledgeable in food processing equipment and laboratory operations.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to reporting accuracy.
7. Demonstrated experience in collecting and analyzing technical information and data.
8. Excellent Computer skills.
9. Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
