Technical Knowledge:
a. Knowledge in mobile networkscore network structure
b. Knowledge in basic servicesscenari
in international roaming scenarios andservices is a plus (UL, MOC, MT
C,SMSMO, SMSMT,...)c. Knowledge in SS7 protocols
d. Knowledge in Linuxe. Knowledge in IP networking - Technical and behavioral
Competences:
a. Good analytical thinking b Ability to travel.te and onsite supporton existing runningsystems and services in terms of:
a. Handling Level
1 and Level
2 tickets
b. Follow up with TAC
3 (PROTEI)
on Level
3 tickets.
c. Preparing incident reports for
solved tickets - Prepare and analyze periodic
performance statistics of all existing
running systems and services - Conduct periodic health checks
for all existing running systems and
services - Prepare periodic performance
statistics reports and health check reports
to be shared with the customers - Participate in perform all
required patch loading, upgrades or
expansions on existing running systems
and services - Participate in coordinating new
systems installations requirements with
customers - Participate in new systems
installations, commissioning and
configurations
Conducting acceptance tests for -
.the new systems with the customer
