Job Requirements & Qualifications:
University degree in any business or finance field, preferably with postgraduate qualifications
Minimum five years experience in senior retail banking management
Insurance experience is not mandatory
Excellent command of English language
Good experience in process optimization
Excellent presentation and organization skills
