Position : Qualification Engineer
- Diploma /
- 3 to 7 years of experience.
- Intermediate experience required in: Qualification (Must) ,GMP,IQ,OQ,PQ and calibration
Skills :
- Do the qualification phases (IQ, OQ and PQ) for machines, and write the reports needed
- Prequalify machines that have major part maintenance, Design, Implement and calibrate machines ,
- Ability to do validation tests periodically for machines and write validation reports.
- Write Protocols and SOP’s needed to for risk assessment, operate, clean, maintain and qualify machines and equipment’s.
- Calibrate gauges, balances, timers and temperature sensors as scheduled, and write their certificates.
- Maintain laboratory equipment’s, HPLC’s, GC, Spectrophotomet
- GMP & ISO Procedures Applying
- calibration for pressure instruments ,temperature instruments, hvac systems, particle counters, validation ( IQ,OQ,PQ ) for machines
