Job Position: R&D OFFICER
Job Description
We are seeking a technical executive to work in the R&D activities of the company, including
Patent search, management of patent submissions, writing of R&D project proposals and
Intermediate reports .
Management of small R&D project teams and contribution to the whole process of innovation
The role requires a solid technical background and relevant expertise in Industrial Companies,
Key to success will be the candidate’s skills for technical writing in English
And the ability to learn new concepts and technologies.
We are looking for strong talent who can grow with the organization and help have a global
Impact in the Industrial Companies.
Key Responsibilitie
- Conduct preliminary patent searches on potential new inventions/
- Coordinate internal processes with Product Development and Engineering teams to elicit
Patent invention disclosures and extract details for potential patent applications;
- Coordinate and organize logistics of prosecution of patent applications;
- Help the internal promotion the innovation management system of the company;
- Prepare R&D project proposals, based on the outcome from internal ideas;
- Act as a liaison with R&D institutions to prepare proposals;
- Manage small R&D project teams allocated to those projects;
- Write the deliveries of those projects;
- Write and merge reports about technology trends;
- Conduct competitor analysis related to technology developments and issued IP;
Qualifications
Experience & Educational Requirements:
Candidate must have a degree in a relevant science or technical field. Masters or
in software engineering
Must have experience on patent searching
Must have strong scientific background sufficient to understand
the Industrial Companies
Candidate must have strong computer and research skills
