Senior Architect Designer
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8-10 years professional experience in Architecture
• Must have at least bachelor degree in Architecture preferably Master degree in Architecture.
• Professionally registered and accredited by a professional institution.
• Proven conceptual design and schematic design skills
• Previous experience working on complex projects in all phases of design
• Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills, effective client relationship skills and talent for working with diverse teams of designers
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with Revit
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines
• Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment
• Ability to travel, domestically and internationally
Basic Responsibilitie
• Lead the work of other team members, providing mentoring and guidance
• Develop detailed design concepts
• Provide thought leadership in high-performanc
• Produce rapid visualization of concepts and some construction documentation
• Provide expertise in executing projects to team members, clients and contractors
• Using the latest IT to keep track of project progress
