Project /projects Manager
Our Requirements:
• 10-15 years minimum experience in construction projects.
• Must have at least bachelor degree in Civil Engineer preferably Master degree in construction engineering or Project management.
• Excellent knowledge on project contract terms and construction documents
• Excellent Knowledge in Project Costing and Planning Management.
• Familiar and has working knowledge with international codes and standards of construction.
• Can easily formulate and implement a site construction management plan
• Highly organized and can upkeep a professional working environment among his team, client and contractor.
• Result driven, team worker and motivator, team leader
• Professionally registered and accredited by a professional institution.
Responsibilitie
• Agreeing project objectives
• Representing the client’s interest
• Providing independent advice on the management of projects
• Organizing various professional people working on the project
• Risk Management
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
• Making sure the quality standards are met
• Using the latest IT to keep track of people and project progress
• Recruiting specialist and sub-contractors
• Monitoring sub-contractors
• Accounting, costing and billing
