Job opportunity in Oman (Graphic Designer)
A Prime Government Company in Oman seeks to recruit highly motivated and suitably qualified candidates for the following positions;
Position Name: Graphic Designer
To work closely with the Marketing team in the development, implementation and delivery of tactical sales and marketing material, corporate brand and communication tools.
Responsible for generating creative design ideas, developing visual communication concepts, images, graphics, art direction and production oversight.
Assist in translating marketing briefs into creative communication and campaign concepts, and design executions across offline and online marketing channels, across multiple design packages (e.g. InDesign and Flash)
Supports the Marketing Team to proactively research, recommend and drive creative excellence through compelling new ideas and design.
Support and build Exhibitions in-house design capability, through consistent, timely delivery of tactical marketing material requirements across Events.
Support and build the exhibitions brand identity, its visual assets, including the extension of corporate brand guidelines, corporate Image banks, graphic devices, and visual aids support operational needs.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or design related degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design role or related disciplines with a larger B2B corporation or service industry or communications / advertising agency.
Software skills: Dreamweaver, Flash, Apple Keynote, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong design style and ‘solution’ driven creative skills, with a flair for art direction, photography and animation.
Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail and effective time management and personal organizational skills.
Bilingual: Arabic & English.
