An international FMCG company has a job opening for a Quality Control Engineer with the following requirements:
Job Title: Quality Control Engineer:
Main responsibilitie s:
1. Perform Company quality standards in plant.
2. Ensure capability of bottling and canning processes, implement programs to eliminate or mitigate deficiencies.
3. Maintain and improve continuously GMP and good housekeeping practices.
4. Ensure implementation of incoming and inspection programs to meet quality and safety standards of our product.
5. Ensure that the training and development requirements of his/her staff are met (especially training of new hires on plant quality standards and requirements).
6. Implement HACCP studies and corrective action programs (Hazard Analysis-critic al control points).
7. Follow up the production line and supervise the process.
8. Conduct all the tests for the syrup , water & finished products and supervise the QC inspectors .
9. Do and follow any related test to the production process .
Job Requirement:
1. University degree in Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry, or any other related field.
2. Has 3-5 years experience in Quality Control preferable in FMCG or pharmaceutical fields.
3. HACCP, GMP and quality management system experience.
3. Has good communication skills, Computer skills ( MS Office ), supervisory skills.
4. English is a must.
