Based in Jordan, Bayer Middle East Levant is currently seeking experienced candidate for the below position:
Project Management Specialist
The incumbent job description is to:
1.Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives.
2.Manage project development from initiation to closure
3.Complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
4.Track and report on project milestones, provide status reports, resolve any issues throughout the project lifecycle
5.Act as a mediator between Stakeholders and Project team members and develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
6.Plan & organize all administrative duties related to General Manager including emails, internal & external information exchanges
7.Assist in preparing presentations for meetings & setting up of meetings, creation of agendas, writing of minutes & follow up of action points
8.Liaising with staff, follow up on deadlines
9.Planning, organizing and managing events; as required
10.screening enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Skills & Qualification:
* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Fluent English & Arabic (written and spoken)
* Excellent Computer skills
* Having minimum of 5 years working experience in similar fields is a must (Project Management & Executive Assistant Function)
